It is the stage of proper growth of the body, so there is a need for a proper healthy balanced diet. As our ancestors used to say that it is the period in which you should eat, consume and listen healthy as it will be going to affect your future. Eat nutritive and healthy food. For maintaining your health, you should eat food filled with nutrients. Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins, minerals, fibre, and low in fat. Add fruits and vegetables to each meal. As we all heard the saying: An apple a day, keep a doctor away. Fruit juices or smoothies consume at least once a day or as much you can. Dry fruits are very good. You should take them on a daily regular basis for the best results.

Protein makes up the building block of organs, muscles bones, skin, and hormones. Meat and fish are rich sources of proteins. Beans, lentils, peas, soya, cheese, and eggs are a good source of proteins try to add protein-rich food in your one of the meal of a day.

It is a mineral that you need need to build and maintain your bones and teeth. Milk, yoghurt, cheese, some green leafy vegetables like broccoli, cabbage etc., almonds, figs, whey protein are good sources of calcium. It is advised to consume 1300 mg calcium every day.

Bread, pasta and breakfast cereals can be consumed. They help in reducing obesity. It supports healthy digestion. It is very good for energy. It helps you stay regular and feel full.

Spinach, beans, peas, iron-fortified cereals are good sources of iron. You can help your body absorb their on from these sources. Try to exercise daily at least one hour a day to keep yourself healthy and fit. Drink lots of water to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Eat low-fat food. Avoid so much sugar, try to consume natural sugar like fruits. Avoid artificial sweeteners like present in beverages. Eat sprouts in the morning to keep yourself healthy. Drink a glass of hot milk with a pinch of turmeric boosts your immunity. Consume lots of vitamins Csuchasorange, lemon, etc.as we know it is beneficial for our immunity. Try to avoid more spicy food and red chilli as it can cause allergy. Eat green chillies instead of red chillies as they are a good source of vitamins and good for the heart also.
