1. Find your WHY before setting any goals.

By creating organized to-do lists, you can keep a track of what still needs to be finished, thereby preventing yourself from being unproductive and hence, unhappy. Try making a list at night before sleeping to be more efficient and save yourself from the unwanted morning stress.

3. Don’t go too hard on yourself

There will be days when you will feel like doing nothing, when everything will seem to fall apart. And that is absolutely fine. You don’t have to berate yourself merely because you were unable to complete your tasks on time. Try to complete them from the next time. Everyone needs a cheat day and so do you. Don’t be too hard on yourself and try to maintain a peaceful state of mind.

4. Stay positive and optimistic

This may sound cliché, but keeping a positive frame of mind, even in the face of adversity helps one deal better with the circumstances. Believing in yourself and your capabilities will help you sail easily through all the hurdles.

This could be as simple as a lip-smacking pizza after a long or buying yourself that clothing item you have been eyeing on for the longest time. Treat yourself with love.
